  Would never recommend this place. Very unprofessional staff. Losing a loved one is already such a difficult thing , the one thing we ask for in those hard times is professionalism.

  Never recommend this place ever to anyone. Yara is rude, unprofessional and inconsistent. Having to pick up my mothers death certificate from the maintenance man speaks volumes on her professionalism. She will tell you one thing and not do it but the moment you call her out on it she will blame you. We are your clients who mind you just lost a love one. I wouldn't even hold a funeral for my dog there.

  If i could give this mortuary 10 stars, I would. The staff is very professional, caring and attentive. They made the whole process much easier.

  In a time of sorrow and grief, Dickey Mortuary was professional but at the same time very personable. Yara our coordinator was extremely helpful through the whole process. My family were pleased on how beautiful everything went. If we have to in the future, we will go back. Thank you Yara for you compassion at our time of grief!

  We enjoyed working with Dickey's Mortuary. They made a difficult time in our lives run smoothly. They were very accommodating and met our needs. Staff were extremely helpful and fast to respond to our texts, phone calls and emails. They were very affordable as well. Repast area was beautiful, and our guests had plenty of space throughout the mortuary to gather. Also we had help putting our food away and cleaning up throughout repast. Yara did an amazing job on the obituary/program as well as the dvds. Would recommend for sure.
